Expert Admin

Smith Partners looking to hire an Expert Admin for an e commerce site full time.


Job Tasks: (All Required)
-Maintaining product descriptions, images, specifications.
-General Copywriting: Website copy, Blog posts, emails, correspondence between internal and external partners with exemplary spelling and grammar at all times.
-Research into our industry, products, customers, areas of demand, pricing comparisons and providing detailed findings to partners via google sheets and google docs
-Keyword Research
-PPC campaign management
-Organic keyword management
-Coordinating with manufacturers and fulfillment centers


Experience Required:
-Working with manufacturers
-Working with Fulfillment Centers
-North American Markets
-Google Adwords
-Asana
-Shopify
-Amazon
-Google Drive product suite
-Alexa
-Similar Web

What we expect:
-Full time, 40 hours a week during normal business hours in Philippine time.
-Instant responsiveness during working hours
-Daily logs of completed work
-Keeping all tasks in Asana up to date as work is completed
-Always available on instant messenger such as signal or slack during working hours


About the job: Smith Partners

Based in Hong Kong, the partners have good relationships with manufacturers of various products in mainland China. They are building a simple, clean website to test market demand for equipment used to grow plants at home. The site is already live, but still being finalized before we attempt to get traffic through adwords. We have about 20 products currently, and may add or remove a handful as time goes on.

If the demand proves sufficient, they will order the products to fulfillment centers in Hong Kong and North America and begin expanding advertising efforts and content creation efforts to meet demand.

If the demand is not sufficient, they will pivot to another product and test demand again.

The site will be revealed to promising candidates who apply.
