Zapier YouTube Pro Needed

Need a specific Zap created & need to watch how it's done/test it.

We have a campaign to try to help small businesses during these challenging times.

I have experts who are creating videos that'll creating videos throughout the US. I am hoping to create a couple Zaps.

1) Collaborators drop their videos into a Google Drive folder or Dropbox folder & it uploads them to YouTube with a) title b) description c) tags

2) send the video to social media platforms

Requirements:
Must have Zapier to YouTube Experience
Cannot vanish
Must work for this project during US daylight
There is no training
