Project Coordinator - Part time

About The Position:
Detail junkie. Systemizer. Relentless coordinator. iRestore is seeking a person to help manage our marketing and operations projects who loves working with teams and will make it their life’s mission to make our project management system as well-oiled as possible for scalability.

The role will play a key part in shaping company processes, building systems as we scale, and getting things done every day. You’ll be responsible for managing large and small projects ranging from complex marketing campaigns to executive assistant duties.

Key Responsibilities:
>Manage and develop a project management system to ensure that tasks are being completed on time and properly delegated across the company

>Build documentation and process workflows relating to project management

>Assist in marketing, HR/office, and operations project tasks as needed

>Utilize project management software to track and analyze projects

Preferred Skills & Experience:
>Project management experience
>Executive assistant experience
>Strong organization skills
>Strong Excel skills
>Effective communicator and upbeat leadership qualities
>Strong interpersonal skills
>Google Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc)

A Plus For:
>Project Management certification or equivalent industry credential
>E-commerce company experience
>Digital marketing experience
