Customer Support VA

We are an E-commerce business located in London, United Kingdom.

We require someone who is able to work 20 hours a week dealing with customer support + order fulfillment via the Shopify + Oberlo platform.

Our customer support includes replying to emails, DM's and removing negative comments on social media. Our main countries we deal with are the UK and US, so require only English to be Upgrade to see actual infote: To ensure we know you have read properly, the subject title for your reply should be your favorite meal!

Order fulfillment - We want someone who already has prior experience using the shopify platform and know how to fulfill orders from Aliexpress using Oberlo.
