Team Leader

We are a UK property management and investment company that wants to expand our business and we are looking for a skilled person who can lead some of our Filipino virtual assistants.

Qualification:

- At least 3 years of experience as a team leader/supervisor
- Experience in project management
- Experience in a number of project management software like Asana, Trello, Hubstaff and the like
- Exceptional leadership and management skills (not bossy)
- Understands Agile ways of working
- Operations experience, and familiarity with Kanban boards
