Web Developer Needed for New Site (Tutor platform)

We are building a brand new site and need a full time Web Developer that is ready to work. We want to build a tutor portal similar to Upgrade to see actual info where students and teachers and create an account and find each other. We want the students to be able to search for teachers based on their profiles and then hire them for hourly tutor sessions within the website. We would need a peer to peer screen sharing system where the student and teacher can see each on webcam and share classwork via a shared whiteboard.

We would also like the function for teachers to upload general classes for free and then have some paid classes for students. We would even be interested in the possibility for students to have online study groups with their friends and share studies with each other.
