JOB OVERVIEW

Position: Marketing and Research Executive - VA

Our company is looking for Virtual Assistants responsible for planning and implementing appropriate marketing approaches to enhance the company’s presence. We need highly organized individuals, flexible to work between two family-owned companies, and can add innovation and value to our team.

Job Qualifications:
-Proven experience in updating, handling, and maintaining social media accounts such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn
-Has knowledge of creating and updating content through Wordpress
-Has design experience through Canva (or other graphic design tool) with a very keen eye for details
-Excellent research, time-management skills and customer service skills
-Excellent communication skills, fluent in English, verbal and written
-Proficient in Microsoft Office
-Available to work following the (US) Eastern Time zone
-Preferably with experience working in construction and real estate industries

Job Description:
-Develop innovative ways to promote the company using appropriate marketing channels available
-Responsible for updating all social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) including company website by suggesting and creating content and improving overall appearance while ensuring brand consistency
-Design and create digital and print ads
-Research and gather information for target customers and potential clients
-Maintain and update contacts on the database
-Perform marketing initiatives and review output by providing analysis to management
-Cold-calling and email marketing
-Perform other duties as needed
