Assistant

I am looking for a long term hire who meets the following requirements;
o Can work 8am-5pm Central Standard Time
o College degree
o Fluent in English
o Stable and Good internet connection
o Computer/technology literate
o Can work with advanced features of MS Office 365(Outlook, Word, Excel,Powerpoint, etc..)
o Proficient with Mail Chimp
o Willing to learn new software

Below are some of the many tasks that will be delegated to the applicant;
o Assist with managing the product database/s
o Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or returns of Ecommerce
o Answer questions about items (measurements, sizes, colors, material) and terms of sale
o Resolve customer inquiries and complaints via email or online messaging
o Assist with creating and distributing monthly specials
o Assist in creating and distributing press releases
o Liaise with our EDI providers to ensure items are set up, and inventory reports are being sent to our customers.
o Liaise with customer service and warehouse operations to track, troubleshoot and resolve any issues with customer orders.
o Ensure orders are going out in a timely manner and flag to leadership if any issues
o Ensure that customers are receiving invoices, and those invoices are being paid on time.
o Partner with demand and supply planning to ensure SKU inventory is forecasted and available.
o Build processes and calendars to communicate merchandising plans to various teams across the organization. This will include updating the sales force with production information and images.
