To help Beyond the Chaos grow by 250% by December 31, 2022, the CEO is seeking a LinkedIn Sales Assistant. By tackling the LinkedIn platform to help drive leads, we are seeking to exponentially build our sales leads.

An A-Player for this role is someone who on a daily basis embodies a service-minded belief system in approaching potential leads. Beyond this, your dream is to work from home to serve and support a growing business. You enjoy outreach and sales and completely understand how to use the LinkedIn Sales Navigator to target the people in our typical client sector. At the end of the day, this role is for someone who strives to make an exponential difference by driving clients to our services. Because regardless of everything above, we’re here to help build and support strong, honest small businesses and to create chaos-free lives.

Job Responsibilities
Clear, concise communication using excellent writing and grammar skills
Use LinkedIn Navigator to create criteria and target leads according to our client profile
Outreach to 50 leads per day
Drive leads to complete the PM Audit or schedule a qualifying sales appointment
Run qualifying sales appointments according to a process that we will develop together
Schedule sales appointments with the CEO for leads that are qualified
Narrow targeting to improve outbound reach to sales appointments over time
Work with, build gameplan/strategy, and guide CEO to success in this undertaking
Create email templates and plan for Sales Navigator, working with CEO
Assist in creating a daily dashboard to share progress with CEO
Complete dashboard and share with CEO, daily
Moderate, respond & interact on the CEO’s and BTC’s LinkedIn page on behalf of CEO, daily
Create and maintain process documents associated with your responsibilities as needed
Enter timesheets daily; submit completed timesheets weekly by Monday at 6am Central

Work Hours & Benefits
This virtual subcontractor’s (W9/1099) hours are flexible and estimated at 75 hours per month. We can work around other jobs and/or personal responsibilities to allow this role to work into your lifestyle and time zone.
