CS Phone Sales Agents

RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Makes outbound calls to customers to recover abandoned carts, and/or upsell to existing customers
*Accepts inbound calls to answer customer inquiries
*Calls back customers who requested to be contacted
*Accomplishes add-on selling and cross-selling
*Helps maintain good interaction with customers

REQUIREMENTS
*Relevant outbound sales/customer service work experience
*Strong customer service and sales orientation
*Excellent verbal and written communications skills
*High speed internet connection required
*Preferably a graduate of any degree
*Willingness to work a full-time work-from-home job.
*Amenable to work at 1:00 am to 10:00 pm or 7:00pm to 4:00am
