Creative Designer for Printed Shirts & Products Needed

My name is Or and I'm the owner of an online store selling printed physical products.

We are now in the process of adding new products to the store, and we're looking for a professional designer who can create creative graphic designs.
The designs will be mostly for graphics that will be printed on shirts, but it can be for more products as well such as mugs, towels, beddings, etc.

This will be a hourly based payment, if it will go well, it might be a long-term work. For each new product that we want to create, you will receive the requirements and idea and create the designs.
You have to be creative and professional.

Requirements:

* Professional & very creative.
* High availability!
* Works fast.
* Photoshop - a must.
* Experience in designing printed products (shirts, mugs, etc).
* Speak and write in English perfectly.
