We are a growing digital agency, in search of a career Front-end Web Designer and Developer who specialises in WordPress.

We are looking to fill this long term position immediately. We will provide stable employment and a rewarding career with progression, to suitable candidates.

Please note: Only apply if you love what you do as a web developer and designer, and can fulfill the requirements below (applications without portfolios and addressing the following criteria will not be considered):

You must have:
Proven experience in front-end website development (WordPress).
Expert level WordPress knowledge.
Expert level experience in WordPress themes such as Divi, Upfront and Genesis.
Expert level experience in WordPress security methods and plugins.
Expert level experience in Access Ally including designing highly customised multiple level membership site.
Best practice coding & CSS markup methods.
Experience building high converting landing pages.
Advanced level in PHP, JQuery, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, REST (API).
Capable of implementing eCommerce using Upgrade to see actual infoermediate level in Adobe Photoshop.
Exposure to marketing and website optimisation principles and landing page build.
Able to design and build stunning WordPress websites from scratch through to Upgrade to see actual infocluding: ability to fully utilise available themes and off the shelf resources first, and customise themes and plugins if necessary as a last resort.

The following skills are not necessary but will be very highly regarded:
Advanced cPanel and server experience.
Have worked with custom Cloud Hosting platforms.
WHMCS experience.
Ontraport Upgrade to see actual infoO experience.
Knowledge of digital marketing methods.
SCRUM and agile project management methods.
Ability to create systems and processes to standardise best practice work methods.
Previous experience in a leadership Upgrade to see actual infon-Technical Requirements:

-Enjoy working in a small team but able to also work independently and self-regulate/discipline to meet deadlines.

General Requirements:
-Working hours: 9am-6pm (including 1 hour lunch) Australian Eastern Standard Time / Australian Eastern Daylight Savings Time. -You will be required to be on Skype during business hours, with the exception of lunch time.
-Full time, 40 hours per week. You will be required to track and report your productivity.
-We foster “10% time”. This means 10% of your paid hours will be devoted back to you to engage in learning and growing. We -will provide world class training materials.
-Depending on your skill and experience, salary will be negotiable. Additional skills you possess in line with the company’s growth strategy will be highly regarded and rewarded. Please indicate your desired pay range in your application.
- Probation period is 3 months.
