Senior graphic designer - digital agency

Job Brief:
The Production Designer position is responsible for developing creative for a wide-range of projects and clients, using industry standard tools (Adobe Creative Suite) and providing production-ready art files for final output to a variety of Upgrade to see actual infondidates are highly creative and have a true desire and passion for producing great design. They continue to explore and develop their creative process and knowledge and are aware of current and evolving design trends. They can apply creativity to a wide-range of projects and clients and have the ability to work on projects solo and with a creative team.

Responsibilities:
Develop, edit, and manage creative assets to support presentation design needs in a fast-paced, high-volume marketing agency environment, handling projects through the entire production process, from creative concepts to final output
Design and produce digital creative for websites, as well as high-impact presentations and pitches
Proficient experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
Work with assigned teams, ensuring creation of communications and design solutions that meet budget and timeframe needs
Organize content within a layout, suggest improvements as needed and present final layouts to strategic partners
Communicate activities and status of the overall program throughout its lifecycle

Requirements:
3+ years of digital/agency experience
Self-motivated and organized
Advanced mastery of the English language with very strong communication skills (written English & oral)
Ability to work both individually and with a team
Adaptability, Communication, collaboration and teamwork
Problem-solving
Familiar with Design thinking principles
User-centric mindset
Attention to detail
Creative and analytical approach
Understanding of interaction design principles

Experience with the following is a Plus:
Understanding of business metrics and the ability to translate company goals and objectives into digital experiences
Knowledge of industry tools such as Sketch, InVision, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Zeplin and OmniGraffle
Understanding of User Experience standards & best practices
