JOB OVERVIEW

As the Sales Manager, you will have an opportunity to work from identification, through qualification, and to closure. You should have a proven track record in selling over the phone and or video conference software (Skype, Zoom).

We prefer candidates that are able to conduct a consultative sales Upgrade to see actual info this role, you have the ability to articulate and craft an implementation proposal with support from our pre-sales Upgrade to see actual infomonstrating expert sales, organizational, business and professional skills, the Sales Manager has primary responsibility for generating new opportunities and for bringing them to closure, in other words, sell our services.

Payment
Basic Salary of 20K-40K per month
Commission of $25 for every deal closed.

Example:
2 deals per day X 22 working days = 44 deals X $25 = $1,100 as a bonus.
Weekly payout of Bonuses!!!

Responsibilities
Lead Generation, Research and develops a list of potential clients (Chat with prospects)
Proactively identify, locate, and qualify new business leads (appointment scheduling over the phone)
Diligently follow up on and develop sales leads (call again and again)
Establish and maintain industry and partner contacts

Sales
Manage existing pipeline and assume revenue and bottom-line responsibility
Manage the sales process from lead identification through close?(sign contract/ payment)
Act as a solutions expert consultant in helping clients with their unique and critical business issues and strategic initiatives. Successfully communicate our message and benefits of our solutions
Understand prospect's requirements and represent those needs to internal staff and partners
Negotiate contracts and close deals

Administration
Maintain current sales status in the current CRM system
Participate in sales planning
Present internal updates and case studies
Attend training and associated workshops to increase product knowledge and to stay abreast of company and partner products, services, and pricing as well as familiarity with competitor products and pricing

Experience and Skills
2+ years of experience developing new business: identifying and selling to customers’ needs
Ability to build consultative effectiveness and establish trust
Deep understanding of the business and technical contexts in which key accounts are situated
Self-motivated, independent and leadership skills
Strong technical, analytical and business attitude
Flexible and proven team player capable of delivering value in a start­up like environment
Computer, headsets, stable Internet, work environment.
