Community Care Companion, a leading home health nursing service agency service based in New York is currently in need of one (1) dashboard operator to be part of their NY team.

Job Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Monitoring of attendance dashboard to ensure that all staff (HHA's, PCA's and Nurses) properly logs attendance on the dashboard tracker.
- Reviews attendance dashboard in 4 New York location
- Calls staffs via phone or SMS if staff did not clock-in properly on the attendance tracker
- Coordinate with the site manager in providing data report regarding the attendance of each staff
- Create data reports pertaining to timekeeping
- Other Adhoc customer service tasks
Qualifications:
- Must have experience working as a timekeeper in a BPO/ Outsourcing setting
- Technical-savvy
- Must have experienced in monitoring attendance dashboard
- Customer service experience in a BPO set-up is a MUST
- Familiar with timekeeping keeping software
- Excellent English communication skills
- Amenable to work on 8PM-5AM Manila time (Mon-Fri)
