US Healthcare Nurse (Weekly Pay)

Community Care Companion, a leading home health nursing service agency service based in New York is currently in need of two (2) registered nurses to be part of their NY team.

Founded in 1986, Community Care Companions, Inc. was a non-medical companion care agency specializing in hourly and live-in Upgrade to see actual infoeing the need for a higher level of care, Community Care became licensed with the New York State Department of Health. This license enabled the company to handle a higher level of care and skilled care such as home health aides and Skilled Nursing. We treat our clients with integrity and respect at all times. We are passionate about the care we provide our clients.

Job Responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Monitoring of all calls coming in after business hours.
- Determine if a field nurse will need to be dispatched as an emergency or decide whether it can wait until the morning.
- Answer any questions from HHA or patients pertaining to patient care.
- Communication with field nurse and or Branch Manager based on needs.

Qualifications:
- Must be a registered nurse
- Must have experience working in the BPO/ Call Center healthcare account
- Experience working with HHA's PCA's RN based in the US is an advantage
- Excellent English communication skills
- Proactive and requires less minimum supervision
- Familiar with US healthcare laws is PLUS
- Can work on 5AM-3PM & 3PM-8.30PM Manila time but must be flexible with the schedule
