Advertising Specialist

As an Advertising Specialist at Cavemen, you will be responsible for creating, sustainably scaling our paid advertising campaigns and turning our advertising dollars into revenue and positive ROI.

Responsibility #1: Create and implement advertising strategies
- Conduct market research, audience research, keyword research and analysis

Responsibility #2: Create, manage and optimise digital advertisements
- Work closely with the content storyteller to co-create copywriting for advertisements
- Create, manage and optimise Google Adwords, YouTube, Facebook and Upgrade to see actual info components including Ad Copy, Bid Prices, Cost per Conversion, Cost per Click, Keyword Research.
- Analyze the performance of advertising campaigns and compile internal reports & strategies to boost ROI.
- Track website usage trends, stats, and traffic flow for improving performance & quality score.

Responsibility #3: Discover breakthrough ideas and help implement them in our digital channels
- Staying up to date on current industry practices, news and algorithm updates
- Work with the latest beta trials, cutting edge technology and leading experts in the advertising field.
- Propose ideas to boost the effectiveness of our digital channel

Having funnel building experience is a plus!

We are looking for Advertising Specialist who:
- have 3-5 years of experience in paid advertising
- are able to create advertising campaigns that drive high yield results
- shows genuine interest in personal development
- loves looking at stats and trends
- are extremely organized and have brilliant English Language skills.
