Job Title: Over all customer support
Status: Full-time - 7 hours per day
We are looking for a passionate customer support specialist to join our team - an online business creating content and selling online courses.
Job Description:
-answer tickets /
-Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment;
-following up to ensure resolution.
-moderate
-Managing large amounts of customer inquiries.
-Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
Technical requests:
-handling login issues like password resets and course enrollments,
-handling customer complaints well,
-refund requests,
Qualifications:
-Must have a strong grasp of the English language
-Familiarity with Zendesk is a plus but not required
-Intuition for customer support
-Willing to learn and be trained and is open to feedback
-Programming knowledge is a big plus (but again not a requirement)
-Able to start immediately
Technical Qualification
-Must have your own laptop or PC in a good working condition
-Must have at least 5MBPS of stable internet connection
