JOB OVERVIEW

Are you a person that likes to give outstanding service and will go the extra mile to satisfy your customers. Do you like things organized and in impeccable order?

We are seeking an experienced customer service all rounder to assist our New Zealand based team to assist with all functions around running our operations administration and customer service. Experience using Netsuite will be a real advantage.

You must be personable, outgoing, good with customers via phone and email. A high degree of professionalism is Upgrade to see actual info would be advantageous (but not essential) to have has prior experience in operations administration or logistics.

We’re looking for someone special to help us with:
-dispatch and truck bookings
-email support (data entry and inquiries)
-phone support
-getting our systems organized, by mapping out and writing up processes into clearly defined sequences

You must:
-have a high standard of english
-have a very good phone manner
-be tech savvy.
-be intermediate to advanced with Netsuite ERP.
-be intermediate to advanced with Microsoft suite of products. Particularly excel.
-have a fast reliable internet connection, laptop and smartphone (for use with WhatsApp)
-be able to work New Zealand hours which is 4 to 5 hours ahead of the Philippines. our typical hours will be 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m (New Zealand time) so 4 a.m to 12:30 p.m. Philippine time (plus or minus 1 hour for New Zealand daylight saving in the summer)

A systems mindset is a must, you will then be tasked to work those same systems you create and constantly improve and tweak them. I guess you could say we’re looking for a bit of a control freak who is prepared to take ownership of getting things into streamlined “best way” processes to assist out operations in New Zealand.

Please also explain to us your home office setup. i.e what type of computer (brand, speed, age etc) you have, it is very important to us that there is a stable and relatively fast internet connection and minimal noise pollution coming from the rest of the house or from outside (as phone support will be a part of the job).
