We are looking for self-motivated and results-driven Accounts lead to work within a small, highly driven and passionate team to champion the Using Technology Better accounts department.
You will be responsible for providing financial insights & managing cash flow, file and pay monthly/quarterly taxes, enhancing cost & operational efficiencies. You will own and maintain the company's Xero accounting system. You've got an eye for detail and a proactive mind to improve on systems and processes.

Accounts Lead Responsibilities:
Collaborating with the operations team to implement system and process enhancements.
Analyse financial data and provide insights to the General Manager and Director to guide the future of the business
Reconciling bank, credit card accounts and paypal accounts
File and pay monthly and quarterly taxes. Assist accountant in filing year end taxes.
Ownership of the payee and debtors component of the UTB business
Accounts Lead Requirements:
Xero certification and knowledge is highly regarded
Analytical mind that can take data and put it into business recommendations
High level of Excel/Sheets competency
English speaking is compulsory
Knowledge in intercompany transactions
Experience reconciling multi currencies in Xero
Quality internet connection
Strong work ethic in a remote workforce environment (able to work autonomously)
Good interpersonal skills
Meticulous attention to detail
Confident user of technology (office, G Suite etc)
The ability to work flexible hours from home
