Managing my Facebook ad campaign

I'm looking for someone to manage my existing Facebook ad campaigns, I will provide strategy and the content and your role will be to run the ads and give me weekly updates on the task.

My strategy is to create strong video content and then retarget people based off video views and have them convert into a part of the funnel.

I will need you to be experienced with managing ad campaigns as well as optimising spends between Upgrade to see actual info order to apply, I need you to send me the below:
