Graphic Designer

Position open for an awesome freelance graphic designer. The work load we have goes up and down on a monthly basis, so this position will start on a freelance basis, some weeks may be up to part time.

Skills required:

--Graphic art & photo editing for both web and print: logos, website graphics, web icons, ebook covers, infographics, business card designs, bifolds and trifolds, booklets and other marketing collateral. A skills test in the interview will ask for technical considerations of print design.
--Must be familiar with Adobe creative suite or comparable professional applications, must know when and how to use the appropriate application for each project - Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, possibly others.
--Basic marketing knowledge
--Skills in video and motion graphics would be a huge plus but it's not required.

Work ethic, expectations:
--Must work well with creative director. Creative director may ask for multiple revisions before submitting to the client, then the client will be alloted a limited number of revisions.
--Must generally have a 24 hour turnaround time. You'll set your own working hours.
--Must follow ALL instructions. Must NOT pick and choose what to follow or skip some instructions if they take longer or if you don't understand. If you don't understand then communicate it. We are a team. When applying your first sentence should be "I understand the work ethic expectations" so we know you read this.
--Must not overlog hours or over-bill
--Must not abandon work. If you need time off or are prevented from doing the work then communicate it.
