Agile Project Manager (Digital Marketing)

The Agile Project Manager will make sure that the team members are well trained to follow Agile practices appropriately. You will oversee and manage the offshore team in the Philippines.

Responsibilities:

-Guide the product/service owner on the project
-Facilitate the daily scrum and sprint planning
-Helps the team to speed up the processes
-Acts as a cement to bind the team together
-Lead the team to achieve specific milestones and deliverables. You must bridge the gap between the concept of the project ad the actions required to complete it.
-Manage the offshore digital marketing team on website projects, graphic design, social media projects, and SEO projects.
-Monitor the daily login of the offshore team in the CRM
-Check the time tracking software report of the offshore team.
-Coordinates with the US team (client-facing team) and keep communication open on the status of the projects.

Requirements:

-Experience in managing a digital marketing team is an advantage.
-Knowledgeable on Web Development and experience in handling Web developers
-Familiar and Knowledgeable on digital marketing platforms
-Excellent collaboration skills
-Can speak the English language well
-Excellent communication and listening skills
-Cultivates a culture of trust
