Hi!

My name is Tayo and I am writing you to let you know the following.
We are looking for an Excel Expert to provide administrative support to our team & update and maintain information on our company or product data, stock-level checks and market research, while working remotely.

Your responsibilities include setting up new Excel sheets, collecting and entering data in these sheets and maintaining accurate records of valuable company information. Our ideal candidate can type fast with an eye for detail and familiarity with spreadsheets and online forms.

Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision. Besides you will be responsible for maintaining accurate, up-to-date and useable information in our systems.

We are looking for someone for the long-term. We’ll start hiring you part-time for some simple tasks and gradually increase the time duration and difficulty of the weekly work up till full time within 6-12 months. We will do changes only in consultation with you, so you don’t have to worry about an unexpected workload increase. We pay on time and will arrange a simple but strategic task schedule and we love to hear suggestions from your side.


Responsibilities
* Prepare and maintain spreadsheets and keep online records
* Insert customer and account data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents within time limits
* Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
* Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output
* Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
* Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations
* Keep information confidential
* Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
* Comply with data integrity and security policies
* Perform market & product research
