Job Summary
Helping come up with big ideas will be your primary job. You will concept, design and develop fresh, effective creative solutions that are on-target with client business goals. Working closely with the team, you’ll handle digital, print, social and web projects. While top-notch creative skills are key, we will also call on your ability in other areas, such as overall campaign strategy, setting project goals and developing task timelines. You may be called upon to work with photographers, videographers, printers, etc.

Responsibilities
Concept, design and develop solutions that meet or exceed client business goals, including but not limited to, ads (digital and print), brochures, direct mail, logos, social media images and websites
Collaborate with a team of creative minds
Understand and adhere to creative briefs, project and task goals
Comfortable being a part of client meetings and the ability to talk through your ideas
Understand and follow brand guidelines
Stay current on design trends and industry trends as it relates to our clients
Capable of wearing multiple hats – hey, we are a small agency

Experience, Knowledge and Skill Set
2 to 3 years of design experience; agency experience is a plus, but not required
Ability to design for digital, print, social and web
Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite, primarily InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop; knowledge of Adobe Premiere, After Effects and Audition is a plus
Fluent in using tools such as Visual Composer/Thrive Visual Editor to design web pages in WordPress
Being a problem solver with a positive attitude
Excellent organizational skills with a high degree of attention to detail
Capable of fast turn around and adaptable if project goals change
Good oral and written communication skills
Understanding of print processes and how to prepare files to go to print
COMPENSATION PLAN:
- Paid bi-weekly (you must submit invoice)
- Performance bonuses for great work
- 13th Month/Christmas Bonus
- Pay raises awarded based on performance
- For every month that you work, you will receive one paid day for sick/vacation leave (12 Days per Year)
- 7 paid holidays per year: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Independence Day, All Saints Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve (7 Days) + Philippines Holiday
