Data Miner / Researcher

This is a full-time position. You’ll be part of the Research Department of a real estate company based in Miami, FL. Work schedule is 8:30am to 5:30pm EST.

As a Data Miner and Researcher, your key responsibility will be to skip trace, data mine, record, collect and discover where data from the public resources (usually governments) are found.

Specific data we're trying to mine are real estate-related information and indicators, such as:

•Tax Delinquent information
•Pre-foreclosure information
•Eviction documents
•Estate information

You will also be expected to do tasks related to researching and processing Upgrade to see actual infond your application with any sample possible sources of data below based on Miami, FL (either raw data or data source URLs):

•Pre-foreclosure (AKA: lis pendens or Notice of Default)
•Tax delinquent List
•Evictions
•Probates
•Bankruptcy
•Liens
•Debt collection
•Death certificates
•Code violations
