JOB OVERVIEW

We are a small creative digital agency based in Perth, Western Australia. We are looking for someone to join our team (part-time, for now) to create amazing front end designs for our website customers. This is NOT a web developer role - we are looking for someone with skills and experience in design and user experience (UX).

What you need to know:
Most things can be taught, but two things that you need to already have are creative talent and the right attitude. If you believe you already know everything, we’re probably not a good fit!

You will be required to create designs based on the following items that we will provide for you:
- wireframes outlining what is required
- a style guideline (sometimes general, sometimes very specific)
- designs to be done using Adobe XD (we can provide training on how to use Adobe XD if required - if you already know Photoshop and Illustrator it will be easy! It is also free so you can download and try it out)
- a set of guidelines for accessibility/readability/usability such as minimum font sizes and colour contrast criteria.

Additional information about how we work:
- communication is done via Slack & Zoom
- All team members are required to use our project management tools/software (ClickUp/Notion) - training on how we use these will be provided
- We work FAST - typical turnaround for an initial home page concept design in XD should be around 48 hours.
- We are FLEXIBLE - family and health are very important to us
- We are FRIENDLY - life is short, we only want to work with people we like!

If you are interested please provide a link to a sample of your design work and we'll be in touch if we think you're a good fit.

Please note: Applications without examples of design work won’t be considered!
