Alile is a young software company developing products in ecommerce, real estate, oil and Gas, education (eLearning) general public domain. Our products are delivered as software as a service (SAS)
We're looking for an experienced social media marketing specialists to create/build out our social media campaigns. We need help with maintaining our presence in the ecommerce and real estate world by expanding our reach to new customers, getting a new campaign off the ground, creating content for an ongoing campaign, managing our inbound and outbound
The candidate will help the company in Marketing and administration activities including: Brand development, marketing plan, product development, communication, and digital marketing activities.
The candidate perform administration support, customer service; helps with writing, sales and marketing; and participates in the design and creative process of product development

- Create engaging content to generate interest and virality for the campaign
- Interact with comments and solve any inbound and outbound issues
- maintain a "high rated" social media presence in ecommerce platforms, and social community onlines
- Document Administration and the marketing plan
- Document activity to onboard new staff and keep staff abreast of new development
- Organize the company files
- Create a quality assurance system for the products we develop
Skills this project requires:
- Experience managing social media on
- Experience with ecommerce (amazon, eBay, shopify, AirBnB) is a plus
- Experience with real estate is a strong plus
- Experience with managing company
- Experience with administration (organizing company files, taking notes during meeting, presenting) highly sought after
- Experience with Brand, Marketing, product development, administration desired
- Multilingual (English, Spanish, French, …) not required, but advantageous
- Experience in Project Management, and Project Management softwares
