Company Background: ATS is a 12-year old point of sale and payment processing technology company serving clients throughout the United States. Our sister corporation, SpectrumSoft, Inc (which you will also represent) is responsible for the in-house development of our Evolution Point of Sale product (Spectrum EVO).
We are seeking to add a highly motivated full-time member to our existing support team in the Philippines as soon as possible. Our remote support team assists customers with all forms of support during a given shift. This position will require excellent teamwork and the ability to learn quickly and wear many hats. Technical support skills should include knowledge of computer networking and Windows application troubleshooting. Experience utilizing remote desktop support applications such as Teamviewer, Logmein, Connectwise Control, etc is a must.
The ideal candidate will also be knowledgeable in application development including general website development, as well as a working knowledge of Apache, PHP and various forms of SQL. We would like to have someone on our support team that can contribute to our core software product development if possible. A candidate with a demonstrated skillset in these areas can expect rapid advancement.
