Next, we look the world over for amazing talent who love working with other great people and are willing to go the extra mile/kilometer and more to deliver for the client.

If that sounds like you, we are looking for a full-time addition to our team who love tackling projects like this and come back asking for more:

1.Convert complex Excel based system into a PHP website that would source data via an API

2.Convert a complex Excel based process into a PHP web form that will walk users through steps and pull data from several API’s. This will be an ongoing project to improve and add more features and capabilities including creating API access for others to connect to.

3.Setup process for scrape from scanned files and pull data via API or manually to allow clients to compare data. This would also involve working with a team member to handle the manual tasks and constantly improving their processes to deliver the results better and faster over time.

4.Support, build and improve on other tasks that leverage BI, ETL, SQL and PHP tools to improve the processes and systems for our clients to include Dashboards, systems integration and much more.



Skills we expect to need to accomplish (but don’t worry if you have more, we’ll take em ;)

Expert in Excel: Pivot Tables, Formulas, Vlookups, VBA, Conditional Formatting

Expert in Data Visualization, Business Analytics, Power BI

Expert with ETL processing and setup

Love to make API integrations and setup new ones

Create Exec Dashboards for lunch ;)

Nice things to have:

SalesForce automation (several of our clients use it and we’d love to have skills that can help us help them better leverage it)

Tableau (seems cool, we want to make our clients data more accessible to them)

SQL (MS SQL and mySQL and others, key here is the ability to leverage SQL when it makes sense to support any of the above and more)

QuickBooks (yep, we have some clients that use QB Desktop and pulling data from and into it would be a great skill for us to leverage)

Any other Web stack skills and ability will be very interesting, but not critical

Communicating in English in a clear and understandable way is highly valued
