Looking For Content Marketing Manager

HELLO, ALL CREATIVES AND MARKETERS!

We are so PUMPED to be putting this out!

We're the owners of 2 startup companies currently in the US & Manila that are in expansion mode and looking for you to grow with us. We have A TON of plans to take our content marketing game to the next level. We treat our employees as partners and looking for a professional Content Marketing Manager is like looking for a new brother/sister.

That being said, we're looking for a specialist with at least:

Content Marketing Experience - 1 year plus
Social Media Marketing Experience
Basic Photoshop Skills

Email Copywriting Skills

**Candidates close to or in Metro Manila (or willing to move to) will be prioritized.**

This specialist will need to help manage:

OUR YOUTUBE & PODCAST

- Plan and help with the creation of Youtube and Podcast Content

- Manage/provide feedback to Podcast and Video editors on their respective videos/podcasts

- Update and plan out content calendar weekly (have 1 month scheduled out always)

- Ensure all relevant content is recorded/uploaded to appropriate Google Drive folders at least 7 days prior to release i.e.
- Video Clips - YT
- Audio Clips - YT/Podcast
- Artwork - Podcast

- Reach Out and book potential guests for Podcast/YouTube channel

- Ensure 1 video and 1 podcast is released weekly every Thursday and Friday of the week

- Write/edit podcast and youtube episode descriptions as needed

- Ensure SEO is done correctly


EMAIL & SALES

- Write a weekly newsletter to Email List (following our existing format)

- Transcribe or help transcribe previous YT videos & podcasts into emails for the sales funnel

- Outreach for cold lead generation

- Assist in webinar set up & promotions

SOCIAL MEDIA & COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT

- Social Media/Community Engagement

- Respond to YouTube, Instagram & Facebook comments

- Post and plan social media posts weekly. At min 7 posts weekly

**Estimated 25 - 40hrs of work a week, depending on how busy we are.**


Our 2 companies are rapidly growing and we need a creative rockstar who can truly help us manage/grow our marketing strategies. You'll have 2 people professional audio/videos working under you and we'll provide all the tools for you to succeed. We will be working together as a team to create/improve templates, SOPs, and processes.
