Agent Success Associate ***Best Job Ever***

We are looking for someone to fill the position of Agent Success Associate for our online US-Based software company working with real estate agents. We want someone who has the motivation, commitment and the skills to make the most of this opportunity. We’re looking for a personable professional with a mind for business and an attitude for getting things done as an Agent Success Associate.

The hours for this job are super sweet. You will work during the hours of 2pm - 8pm CST (-5 GMT) Monday through Thursday. Sometimes you'll have lots of work to do and other times you can throw a load of laundry in, play on social media, etc while on the clock as long as all your work is done and there are no customer support issues. This is a telecommute job where you work from your own home in your casual clothes, but we'll all be connected together via Slack, Zoom, and other software programs.

Tasks include:
- Preparing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for various parts of our business & customer experience
- Customer service interaction via live chat on our website and email. Occasional follow-up on the telephone is needed.
- Administrative services such as: Updating spreadsheets, data entry, providing daily updates of activities, and attending weekly team calls.
- Creating and updating social media
- Managing social media communities.
- Writing out knowledgebase articles.
- Building out process charts, flow charts, mind maps, etc.
- Delivering a WOW customer experience for multiple softwares.
- ....and much more!

- Computer/Internet experience and skills

Starting out this will be a freelance/part-time position, but will become full-time within the next 6 months or less if we are able to find the right person for this position.
