Medical Records Summarizer and Retriever

This job requires one to review medical records and extract all relevant and important information including but not limited to: diagnosis, doctor comments, Doctor names, objective findings, MRI/X-Ray Imaging findings, & client's subjective feelings from information that is contained in the records.

This requires attention to detail with a general understanding of medical codes, terminology, and different types of injuries.

After reviewing the medical records you will be required to summarize the finding in Microsoft word document and fax or email back to me.

I mainly work with Car crash victims, slip and fall victims, and other people who have been injured due to negligence of others.

* Must be very organized.
*Must be a strong writer who can explain medical issues clearly.
*Attention to detail is very big.
*Understanding medical issues, injuries, and terminology is a must.
*A nurse with strong reading and writing skills with experience working in medical facilities is strongly preferred *
