Sales and Marketing Manager

I recently launched my own smartwatch brand called Koala Philippines, and I’m currently looking for a long-term Sales and Marketing Manager that will do the following:
1. Develop, implement and manage sales, marketing and communication strategy
2. Create campaigns, advertising materials and social media content that supports the strategy (online and offline)
3. Measure the success of campaigns (online and offline)
4. Create, manage and update the contents of other platforms (e.g. banners, product descriptions, articles and images on website - Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, etc.)
5. Create and ensure quality content across online platforms to improve rankings in search results (SEO)
6. Research and stay updated with the latest market trends, practices and technologies
7. Generate quality leads with B2B prospects and close deals with them
8. Maintain relationship with existing B2B clients

Requirements:
1. communication skills (written and verbal)
2. graphic design (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.)
3. video creation and editing
4. knowledgeable in digital marketing, especially FB, IG, SEO and Shopify
5. negotiation skills
6. marketing strategy
7. should be willing to meet face-to-face with potential and existing clients

Koala's vision is to offer quality, function and style at affordable prices. Quality smartwatches are normally sold with prices ranging from 10-30k, and being done so by foreign brands. Koala Philippines believes that wearable technology should not be a luxury, but a lifestyle that can be experienced by Filipinos who desire it (5k price range).
