Job Description & Compensation Offer for
Quickbooks Expert with focus on Bookkeeping and Tax Preparation

1. About the Position
Looking for individual with ability to setup Quickbooks with chart of accounts and import data from multiple sources. Must be able to create reports within Quickbooks and prepare needed documents for internal review. This position is low supervised and work during US day hours preferred. (Early or late shift is acceptable to compensate for time difference.)

2. Main Responsibilities
This project will require several hours of work up front to prepare Quickbooks and then will only need a few hours each month to maintain. Extensive data entry will be required as well as knowledge of how to import data into Quickbooks. Must be well educated in C2 English written and spoken. This individual must be aware of tax preparation in general, but not required to complete any taxation documents.

4. Knowledge, Skills, Experience needed and Attributes desired:
-Clear spoken and written English language (C2 Advanced/Master or better preferred)
-Proficient Computer skills
-Attention to Detail
-Work well wit little to no supervision

5. Proficient skills in the following are highly desired:
-Quickbooks Online
-Tax reports prepared for USA CPA
-Google Drive and G Suite
-Real Estate familiarity is fantastic

6. Goal/Expectations
-Setup Quickbooks from very beginning
-Import data and/or type data
-Organize transactions to categories
-Produce reports as needed for USA CPA for taxation purposes.

7. Employment Term
We will begin with aUpgrade to see actual infoday initial evaluation term. At the end of each 30 days, we will mutually evaluate each other and decide if we can continue.

STATEMENT OF EMPLOYMENT AND CONTRACTOR STATUS
Contractor shall be an independent contractor for all purposes and shall be free to dispose of such portion of his/her time and efforts as s/he sees fit. Contractor shall have control over the method by which Contractor performs his duties and shall have no mandatory duties except those set out in this Agreement, The Helton Group’s Office Policy and Procedures Manual, and applicable Laws. Contractor hereby acknowledges Contractor is responsible for payment of all Contractor’s own federal income taxes and self-employment taxes (FICA) together with any and all corresponding state, county and local taxes. Contractor is responsible for obtaining and maintaining all insurance Contractor is required to have under this Agreement as well as any other insurance Contractor deems Upgrade to see actual info the event a Court or arbitrator should find that Contractor has entered into an employer/employee relationship with The Helton Group, (which relationship The Helton Group, Broker and Contractor expressly deny), Contractor hereby gives The Helton Group notice that Contractor elects not to be covered by any Worker’s Compensation Policy to which The Helton Group may have subscribed to and Contractor hereby waives his rights in common law or under any Statute to recover damages for any injuries.
