Zoho Assistant

Shift Markets provides financial technology for clients opening cryptrocurrency exchanges. We are looking for someone to fill a permanent role, assisting with our customer relationship management (CRM) system.

Duties:
* Ensure the CRM system is functioning efficiently
* Assist the data specialist with processing data
* Create reports to assist the data specialist
* Other administrative duties as requested

Schedule:
* Full-time (40 hours per week)
* Monday-Friday
* New York business hours (overnight in the Philippines)

Requirements:
* Experience running reports with CRM systems
* University degree strongly preferred
* No daytime responsibilities in the Philippines
