Social Media Assistant

I'm the owner of a virtual global health and wellness business that is growing quickly and I need help creating content and managing my social media. I'm looking for a part-time VA with experience creating content, posting to Facebook and Instagram and a strong understanding of how to grow social media accounts. I'd like to start off with part-time work and eventually, we may decide to turn this full-time. I really want to create an ongoing relationship that is not only financially lucrative but fun for both of us!

I'm looking for an excellent communicator who is detail-oriented, passionate about beauty, skincare and nutrition and wants to build a long-term, fruitful relationship. I'm a female entrepreneur who believes in building up everyone that I work with so I like to give direct feedback to help mentor you as well! And, Im happy to offer incentives in pay once the accounts show growth!

Here is a list of the required skills and responsibilities:
-Strong attention to detail
-Strong knowledge of Instagram and Facebook schedulers
-Ability to create designs in Canva and Adobe Photoshop
Strong understanding of Facebook and Instagram and how to post/manage accounts
-Light video editing experience
-Understands how to do outbound engagement on Instagram to grow the account
-Understands what type of content looks great on social platforms and can edit or adjust as needed
-Can take direction and quickly roll with the punches
-Flexible with time zones (Im in America) matches up
-Excellent English and communication skills

Heres some additional skills that are preferred but not required (just a bonus if you have them):
-Ability to create GIF's (short animated videos that are 30-seconds or less)
-Blogging or writing experience optimizing posts for SEO
-Has references to show they have helped taken an Instagram account from a low following to a significantly higher following
-Youtube, Linkedin and Pinterest knowledgeExperience growing other accounts i
