***** REQUIREMENTS *****
1. An A-Player

3. Must possess EXCELLENT ENGLISH SKILLS and interpersonal skills.
4. Previous sales or call center experience with SOLID SALES background
5. Ability to be on the phone a majority of the day and comfortable with heavy phone interaction
6. Must enjoy talking to people and be energetic, dependable, and hardworking
7. Ensures accurate, timely completion of assigned responsibilities/projects
8. Background in Finance campaign is a plus but not required (e.g. Equifax, JP Morgan, collections agency etc)

***** MAIN TASKS *****
1. Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients; receive inbound phone calls
2. Provide information about products and services to help solidify appointments
3. Update the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) database to document lead generation efforts as well as outbound and inbound efforts.
4. Follow up with customers via phone, email and SMS to ensure satisfaction and produce referrals.
5. Perform all other Business Development selling duties as assigned.
6.Track daily phone calls
7.Help with organizing documents and other admin tasks

- This is a performance-based position. I'm paying $25 per APP IN + COMMISSIONS.
