ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

- Make more... happier customers
- Listen to and guide our customers through voice
- Solve puzzles and find solutions for them
- Celebrate and encourage our customers
- Engage and create long-term relationship with customers
- Focus on quality not quantity of calls

- Voice: Better Voice, Aircall, etc.

WHO SHOULD APPLY
------------------------------------------
* Experience in phone support, preferred
* Have excellent spoken English
* Must be health conscious -- active, no smoking, no drugs, no alcohol
* Great Internet Connection. 99% Up time in your area
* Have quiet background and USB-type headset with noice cancellation.
* ONLY "A" player -- you really want to grow and be badass

You MUST Be Able To:
- Demonstrate Empathy and Caring for others
- Demonstrate interest in US Culture
- Have Positive Energy and carry that throughout your call with customers
- Respond to customers via voice, engage with customers, and create a long-term relationship with them. For example, making a follow-up call to make sure they're well taken care of.
- Have a great knowledge on our products
- Demonstrate how you dig for solutions and answers for customers
- Demonstrate how you helped a co-worker complete a project
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail
- Have GREAT energy and work well with team
- Work starting 8 am U.S. PST time zone:
Position A: Monday - Friday (Saturday and Sunday off)
Position B: Thursday - Monday (Tuesday and Wednesday off)

- $400 - $600 USD/month plus 13th month (*salary based on demonstrations of thinking and skills)
