We're looking for a full-time talented Customer Service Support Officer.

Your responsibilities
• Demonstrate the product to the clients using online meetings
• Reply to customers’ enquiries through chat & email
• Routinely check on customers to maximise the product utilisation
• Help the manager in administrative tasks

Must have:

• High Analytical thinking
• High emotional intelligence
• Fluent in English as the candidate will be presenting the product to English speaking customers
• At least 1 Upgrade to see actual infoll center experience
• Proficient in using Microsoft office and internet
• A good listener and a drive to make the customer happy
• Can work with less supervision
• Strong Sales/Technical background
• Can work on night shift and weekends
• Hard-working & dedicated

Preferred
• Previous experience with customer relation management (CRM) software
• ISP speed is at least 10mbps
• Backup ISP must be at least 5mbps
• Work computer must be at least windows 7
