Job Title: Property Administrator
About Us:
You will be working for an Australian based Property Development company reporting to the Managing Director. The position of the Property Administrator is to provide virtual assistant support to the Managing Director in telemarketing, property researching, data entry and administrative duties.
We are seeking a hard-working, committed and long-term team player who is looking for part-time work commitments with advanced English writing and speaking ability. The successful applicant must be able to work 15 hours a week (Brisbane) time.

Main responsibilities:
Telemarketing / cold calling
Property research
Data gathering and scraping
Accurate data entry
Writing letters
Documentation – writing, reviewing, formatting
Social media management and
Database creation and management of buyers/investors & sellers/agents
Provide weekly reports and attend
Administrative duties
To be successful, it is essential that you will have:
Advanced telemarketing and cold calling skills
Advanced skill level speaking and writing in English
Neat and legible handwriting
Great communicator
Demonstrate very good attention to detail
Extremely organised, efficient and accurate
Multi-task and a self-starter with the ability to work and be motivated independently
Advanced skill in Microsoft Office and Google’s Office suite (Docs, Sheets, Notes, etc)
Ability and willingness to deliver full-time hours in the event of power outages and other events.
