JOB OVERVIEW

We are an online marketing company specializing in 'how to' online products that we both sell and train clients to sell. We need an efficient multitasker who can handle all aspects of our clients experience through out our M2M (Message to Millions) online training program. We need someone who can work US hours of operation. Our clients need to be handled with care from start to finish. Duties will include, working with clients and ensuring the clients are fully engaged before sending them to an upsell Coach. Also, handling customer questions, requiring knowledge of M2M online program itself. As well as confirming contracts for the program are signed, checking that new clients have accessed their online programming, providing access if necessary. Answering all inquires from our M2M coaching staff. Making sure the clients have proper system tags to receive coaching calls associated with their M2M online program and providing the client with their coaching call days and times. You will need to be willing to learn and know our systems, programs and processes. You will need to understand our refund process and check to make sure clients fulfill all requirements set forth in their contract to qualify them for refund and also, processing refunds if they do qualify.
