Website/Full Stack Developer (partner)

Dear Website/Full Stack developer,

I contact you for Web Development purposes of our own projects and our clients.

Purpose of my company:
Supporting companies reaching their business goals with internet marketing. (Strategy/Websites/Digital Marketing/Analytics)

My question to you:
Is this something you can “get behind”

If so I’d like to speak with you.
At the moment I’m looking for project based help for one month minimum, probably three months. If our cooperation goes well this will be a fulltime engagement for the long run.
I am looking for a technical knowledgeable person who can help me build out the hosting and webdevelopment division of my digital marketing agency.

Currently I have about 20 Wordpress websites that needs to be consolidated on one server (already in our posession) and must be managed from managewp (so I can do this myself if necessary). I need to have some websites build on the short term (August/September).

Besides wordpress websites I have one bigger membership website built on top of code ignitor. There are some minor tasks there at first and maybe a total rebuild in a later phase.

This role involves a number of support tasks:

* Building/designing websites with Elementor Pro and Toolset pro
* setting server space with Plesk
* building custom apps with Python or other (Excel, Knime) for SEO uses or other
* helping me decide what is the best option
* communicating with other webdevelopment people (Designer/Developer/SEO/Analyst)

If this works out there will “DEFINITELY” be long term work for you. If you don't want to do this work because you only do backend and no wordpress or plesk, or just DB, please tell me. who knows is it interesting anyway.

I run an online marketing / SEO agency and a SaaS application. We start to work on smaller projects
1. consolidating all my websites on one hosting platform and making backups a breeze
2. build some smaller wordpress websites (design - from designer - with Elementor) and LMS and community plugin
3. build webscrapers and SEO-tools (Google Search Console python integrations)
4. automating most of my SEO audit process and my the rest of my business

I am really looking into a long term partnership with somebody trustworthy who is interested in growing his own team locally in the Philippines. At the moment I am looking into someone who is technically way more advanced than myself to support me with advice and operational tasks.

If you only have experience in Wordpress, that is ok, I might find another dev for my membership website. currently the hosting/wordpress requirements are key for my business growth.

You will love this job if:
* you have at least 5 years experience with databases, php, hosting, serverside scripting, python, javascript, frameworks, wp, etc
* you are dedicated
* you have attention for details
* you ask critical questions and advice practical things that can be applied
* you look at the quick wins and never loose the long term out of sight
* you would like to (maybe) build out a team with me in the future

This job is not for you if:
* you are not a clear communicator
* your are not doing what you tell you will do
* you do not deliver on time
* you do not like to deliver quality work
* you need an extensive briefing

Terms:
The cooperation is a test at Upgrade to see actual info total I want to migrate some smaller sites to my new hosting and handle some redirects.
If I am happy we will take all the websites my partner built the last year and put them on our hosting (and handle everything with Manage WP and Plesk).
Communication will go via Microsoft Teams, you will receive Upgrade to see actual info email adress
I will pay per week to start, if everything goes well I will pay per month. If after three months everything is still ok I will upgrade your pay (incentives and payscale to be discussed)
