Floraly is a fast-growing online florist located in Sydney, Australia. We are revolutionising the way people send flowers in Australia by only sourcing our blooms after an order is placed and then sending them through the post in our beautiful gift box. This means customers receive longer-lasting, fresher flowers at a better price. We are looking for a friendly, creative and hard-working person to join our growing team. This is a full-time position with lots of potential for growth and development. We are seeking someone to help us primarily with the following tasks:
• Customer service (email and chat support)
• Email marketing
• Blog articles
• Social media content (Instagram, Facebook)
• Limited data entry
• Ad hoc requests as required

• Excellent written English
• Good verbal English
• Excellent at problem-solving and able to make decisions independently
• Sound understanding of Microsoft Excel and other Office programs

Consideration
• You will be paid $860 AUD per month + 13th month in December.
• $500 AUD per year reimbursement for dental & medical upon submission of receipts.
• Accumulated 10 days annual leave (request made 2 months in advance). Holiday leave will not accrue after 15 days is accumulated
• 10 days sick leave (require doctor certificate)
• Follow Australian public holidays
• Work from 10am to 6pm AEST
