Virtual Assistant

We are a recently launched beauty brand (ecommence) looking for a full-time rockstar virtual assistant who will take ownership of several tasks to join the team.??

You will be responsible for the following tasks:

- Finding and databasing for a minimum of 100 influencers / day
- Reaching out to influencers suggesting collaboration
- Respond to customer support chat
- Respond to customer support emails
- Respond to customer comments / messages / enquires ??

You are the right fit if:??-

- Have a brief understanding of how to use social media
- Excellent written and grammatically correct English
- Know how to use google sheets
- Able to communicate via Skype
- You are a responsive, honest and straight forward communicator
- You are a great multi-tasker
- You are reliable, smart, hard-working, & can keep up with company’s fast pace ??
