Paid Media Specialists are responsible for the day-to-day management of paid digital marketing campaigns which can include paid search, display, and social advertising strategies across both B2B and B2C businesses. Paid Media Specialists help drive growth and success for organisations on digital platforms.
Your goal will be to ensure our online marketing efforts have the highest possible return on investment (ROI) and to identify issues and provide solutions to fix them through analytical and critical thinking.
Key Functional Areas of Responsibility:
- Develop, execute, and optimise cutting-edge digital campaigns from planning to launch.
- Regularly provide actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant stakeholders.
- Define, measure, and evaluate relevant paid media KPIs.
- Build out media buys on various ad platforms and oversee the day-to-day execution of paid media.
- Oversee and manage the overall budget for paid media.
- Conduct in-depth keyword and website research, ad grouping, and audience targeting.
- Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies.
- Senior Paid Media Specialist is expected to assist junior tea
but also in growing their knowledge relating to all things digital marketing.

Professional Skills & Qualification
- Proven experience as a PPC Specialist or Digital Marketing Specialist with no less than 3 years of experience in Search
Engine Marketing (SEM) and Paid Search (PPC). Senior hires need to have at least 5 years of experience.
- Expertise in working with popular digital advertising platforms (Google AdWords, Bing AdCenter, Google Shopping,
- Fundamental knowledge of the Google Marketing Platform beyond Google Ads (e.g., Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Ads
360, Merchant Center) would be advantageous.
- Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics as well as reporting tools.

- Proficiency in managing moderate to large scale paid media accounts in a variety of business verticals.
