Our Singapore-based client is looking for a Debt Collecting Agent. This is a work from home job and the ideal candidate must have prior experience, preferably from a BPO industry. Tasks will be as follows:
1. Coordinating weekly collections calls and monitoring
2. Keeping records of calls, follow up
3. Updating finance daily on progress and devising strategies to speed up collections
4. Tracking and updating records in systems based on calls and responses
Qualities
1. Organized person
2. Customer service /and or collections agent experience is necessary
3. Responsibility and careful
4. Clear and good spoken English
5. Good internet connection and equipment for making calls
