JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Full-Time Virtual Assistant to work for a Creative Ad Agency based in New York City. This position is for someone that is also looking for a long-term position & is passionate to work in this field.


You will be responsible to work a minimum of 8-9 hours a day (and also ~2 hours on the Weekends).

You must have strong English Speaking & Writing skills to apply. Your writing skills will be important when you’re writing captions under social media posts or creating descriptions

**We offer 13 month bonuses based on your yearly performance + salary increases (all based on your performance & work-ethic).

Social Media Responsibilities:
- Schedule Shoppable Instagram & Facebook Posts using Buffer.
- Curate User-Generated Content & Schedule on multiple Instagram accounts that align with the overall Upgrade to see actual infoe Upgrade to see actual info Upgrade to see actual info as an example of some accounts we manage.
- Live Posting on Instagram
- Community Management
- Follow & Engage with users in a specific niche that would align with the brand. For example, if you are managing a Skincare account based in the US – then you will look for people that would most likely be interested in that account. We would give you a list of competitors & hashtags so that you can prospect individuals by engaging with their content.
- Add Copy/Captions to Facebook & IG Posts that align with the creative. This is simply knowing how to write an engaging caption that goes along with the image or video that you use to post on each account


Admin Responsibilities:
- Help Streamline & Manage projects using tools like Trello, Slack and Dropbox
- Manually Process Orders from Shopify into a 3rd Party Vendor
- Add orders onto an Excel Sheet
-Create P&L Reports from Excel Sheet
-Help maintain training docs
- Reach out to Content Creators/Bloggers/Influencers

2. What's your Instagram & Linkedin Page?
3. Would you be able to work from 9am to about 5:30/6pm USA-Eastern Time?
4. Are you comfortable with scheduling calls with Bloggers/Influencers? (You will be trained before doing this)
5. Have you used any of the following tools before?
a) Buffer/Hootsuite?
b) Slack
c) Trello/Asana
d) Dropbox?
6. Do you have an iPhone or Android?
7. What’s your internet speed?
8. Do you have a web-cam for team or one-on one video calls?
9.Will you be able to handle minor (~ 45 minutes to 2 hours) responsibilities on the weekends?
