On-Page & Technical SEO Expert - Small Business Websites

I run a small SEO agency in the United States that specializes in working with small local businesses (i.e. dentists, emergency restoration companies, pest control companies, chiropractors, etc). I am looking for an SEO expert who is skilled in the areas of "on-page" and "technical SEO" optimization. This person would be responsible for doing the on-page and technical optimization for my clients' websites (and creating a consistent system we can follow for all our SEO clients).

You must be proficient in Wordpress and already have a strong understanding of on-page and technical SEO. I am not looking to train you, but rather hope you know as much, if not more than I do, and can simply step in and take over this aspect of my SEO projects.

At first, you would likely be required for 5-10 hours a week, but it will likely increase as you prove your skills and Upgrade to see actual info's likely this can become a full-time Upgrade to see actual info order for you to prove you understand SEO and are qualified, please send me in-depth details about the most important aspects of your personal "on-page" and "technical SEO" techniques.
