Job Description:

The Event & Awards Coordinator is responsible for managing a seamless experience for all award winners inside our company. The Award Coordinator offers a dual role in concierge support, as well as planning and scheduling support. Excellent customer service and communication skills are required, as well as the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects is required. This role is very independent and will also be responsible for overseeing that the award events are ready!


• Work with Events and key internal teams in the development and execution of event plans that support Century21 Northwest
• Partner with internal staff to plan events with the purpose of building relationships with our Award Winners.
• Enhancing our brand messaging and growing our company
• Review bid comparisons including: entertainment, venue, design/décor, food, beverages, budgets, lodging, travel, transportation, audio, visual and internet connections
• Negotiate vendors and event staffing
• Understand and have a proactive approach to planning and logistics of each event
• Communicate to staff and venues on all events, oversee and support every event
• Provide daily updates and elevate important issues or situations as required to Managers and Operations team
• Showcase the Century21 Northwest brand through the management of all event aspects
• Assist in the management of a detailed line-item budget and reconciliation
• Work with the Accounting Team an ensure budget is being used most efficiently
• Stay abreast and understand industry trends that can improve or affect Century21 Northwest events
• Continually evaluate effectiveness of events as they related to overall return and goals
• Represent and serve as an Event Point of Contact (POC) for all events for Century21 Northwest
• Provide constant communication and answer general questions about events through multiple channels – (Email, Phone, Web)
• Collect internal and external events needs, assigning and managing onsite responsibilities and execution
• Assign and Manage the onsite responsibilities and execution with great communication
• Track Top Producer Sales Producers in the company & by Branch
• Understand all the types of awards from Century21 Corporate in New Jersey
• Understand all the types of awards from Century21 Northwest in Washington
• Track and Rank all award winners – and archive all award winners inside the Smartsheet system
• Work with managers to order all Awards vendors – making sure the awards arrive on time
• Challenge the results from the finance team, doubt the results and demand accuracy, demand operational excellence
